Good Stuff on the Way

So, my husband finally got a job again!! This is such a huge relief for us. We have been struggling with finances for several months and I was about to lose my mind. Since I work at a bank I am required to keep my finances in order or I could lose my job. With that kind of stress added on to by the calls from debt collectors has been a living nightmare. I’m glad to say that the light at the end of the tunnel is in sight!

Prayer works guys! I have been trying to keep positive and stay strong, but I have to say that for a while there I was questioning whether it was really working or not. I am so thankful for all the encouraging words and actions of my friends and mentors. They have believed in us and helped us through this hard time in more ways than I could ever think. I am so thankful for everyone who I have surrounded myself with. I know that we are not completely out of the woods yet, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. This time has taught me that I still need to work on some things that are struggles in my life and it has highlighted some areas that I am growing in. I know I need to still work on having a more consistent positive mental attitude (PMA). I am better than I use to be but not where I need to be. Thankfully my mentors have been helping me grow in that area and are giving me books to continue to help me gain more traction in that area.

Mentorship is amazing! It works and if you find the right mentors in your life, you will succeed.

Be Strong and Courageous
